A Hong Kong based family, who wanted to create a luxurious 5 Bedroom holiday beach house for their family and friends. A grand and elegant two-storey house set on a very modest site, a challenge for the team to design, to include large open plan living areas and verandas to command the best views of the sea.

Transparency was paramount, with the manipulation of the spaces and to provide natural cooling in the form of large open internal reflective pools.
